If the Shoe Fits

What’s second best to finding the perfect dress? Finding the perfect pair of killer shoes to wear with it! Ladies, you don’t have to spend a million dollars to get an unforgettable pair of shoes for your big day. Sure we’d all love that pair of Jimmy Choo’s or Manolo’s, but you can get a fabulous pair of shoes for under $200 that you won’t be terrified to mess up on your big day. Plus, if you’re going a little more traditional with your shoes, how much use are you going to get out of a $600 pair of white shoes, know what I mean? I wore a pair of silver Jessica Simpson sling back, peep toe pumps with a little jewel cluster at the front for my wedding that I got at Nordstrom for $89 and they were gorgeous. Here are some great finds for $200 or less to feast your eyes on. Oh and check back for a colored shoe post if you’re wanting to really make a statement with your shoes!

    LOVE this post.

I have a wedding shoe story. Shopping at Dillard’s. Looking at the clearance rack. Found a pair of silver satin Kenneth Cole Reaction peep-toe pumps with a square small bow up front (that matched a bow detail on my dress). As I was trying them on, our first dance song that we had already chosen was playing in the store. I saw that as a sign that the shoes were meant to be…considering I would be dancing to that song in them! They were less than $25 and they were the ONLY pair left in any size. SOLD!
